Understand the business. Fit the solution.

Every engagement moves through three stages. Each one ends with something you can use, so you are never committed further than the evidence supports.

01

Measure

Understand the business before recommending the solution.

A paid assessment maps how the work happens today, finds the bottlenecks, sets a baseline, and ranks what to fix first.

  • Interviews and time on the floor with the people doing the work
  • A map of the systems, spreadsheets, and hand-offs involved
  • A baseline for time, errors, and turnaround where it can be measured
  • A prioritised list of improvements, from quick fixes to larger builds

You receive

A clear assessment, recommended approach, defined scope, and estimated cost. Expected benefits are quantified where the evidence supports it.

02

Fit

Implement the solution that best addresses the problem.

That may mean configuring existing software, connecting systems, introducing AI automation, or building a custom application.

  • A fixed scope agreed before work starts
  • Regular working demos instead of long silences
  • Testing against the real workflow, with the people who will use it
  • Documentation and training written for your team, not for engineers

You receive

A working solution with appropriate testing, documentation, and a clear handover.

03

Tune

Keep the solution dependable as the business evolves.

Ongoing support covers maintenance, monitoring, help when something needs attention, and planned improvements.

  • Monitoring so problems are found before your team finds them
  • Agreed response times
  • A small allowance of improvements each period
  • A regular review of what is working and what to adjust

You receive

A service agreement covering responsibilities, response expectations, included work, and how further development is quoted.

Our view on AI

AI is a useful tool for specific tasks. It is not a strategy on its own, and it is not right for every problem.

Where it helps
Reading documents, sorting requests, drafting routine replies, matching records, and pulling the right information to the right person.
Where a person stays in charge
Anything with financial, clinical, legal, or customer impact gets a review step. The software proposes; your team decides.
What we will tell you plainly
When a rule, a form, or a better spreadsheet would do the job more reliably than AI. That happens often.

How work is quoted

Every business is different, so every engagement is quoted on its own. You will always see the cost before you commit to it.

Assessment
A fixed fee, agreed up front, for the Measure stage. You keep the findings whether or not we build anything.
Implementation
A quote for a defined scope, written in plain English, based on what the assessment found.
Support
A monthly agreement sized to the systems we look after and the improvements you want each period.

Questions we are often asked

Do we have to replace our software?

Usually not. Most engagements improve or connect the tools you already have. We recommend new software only when the existing tools cannot do the job at a sensible cost.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, configuration, and documentation are handed over at the end of the Fit stage, and nothing is held back to keep you dependent on us.

We already have an IT provider. Does that conflict?

No. IT providers keep your devices, accounts, and networks running. We work on how your business processes run through software, and we coordinate with your provider where the two meet.

How long does an assessment take?

It depends on the size of the operation and how many processes are in scope. We agree the timeline before the assessment starts.

What happens after handover?

You can run the solution yourselves with the documentation provided, or move to a Tune agreement where we monitor, maintain, and keep improving it.

Make room for more.

Start with an assessment. You get a clear map of the work, a recommended approach, a defined scope, and a cost.
